I am a trained Birth Doula with a background in Heath Education/Promotion and concentration in Maternity Health. At this time my services are offered to the Atlanta and Savannah Areas and I help excepting parents navigate the precious moments before during and after birth.
I have been cleaning for 10+ years and started offering cleaning for clients as part of prenatal and postnatal services for clients who needed help with their day to day household duties. My purpose as your Doula is to help parents become empowered during the birthing process through breathing exercise , comfort techniques, and aromatherapy.
